About this app
NOTE: The app interface is in Japanese only. The calculations, screens and workflow are shown in the screenshots and demo video. Most makers who sell handmade work price by feel. They know the cost of their materials, but not the marketplace fee, not the shipping they absorbed, and almost never the value of their own hours. So they set a price that looks reasonable, sell out at a craft fair, and end the month wondering where the money went. nuime is a cost and profit tracker for independent makers, built for one hand at a fabric shop counter. WHAT IT DOES - Products and materials Add a product, attach the materials you used, and the cost adds itself up. Photos of receipts and parts can be attached for reference. Materials are grouped into fabric, findings, labor, shipping and other. - Your own labor is a cost line There is no timer. You decide your own hourly rate, enter it as a labor cost next to fabric and shipping, and the number you see already includes paying yourself. - What you actually keep Enter a selling price and nuime shows the gross margin and the amount left after the marketplace fee. Fee rates for each sales channel are editable, so the number matches wherever you actually sell. - Sales are frozen when recorded Mark a product sold and the price, cost and fee are stored with that sale. Editing the product later never rewrites a past result — the same principle as bookkeeping. - Monthly dashboard Revenue, costs and the breakdown by category, month by month. - Deadlines with reminders Give a custom order a due date. A local notification arrives three days before and again the day before. - Everything stays on your phone No account, no server, no data collection. It works offline. NUIME PLUS The free plan tracks up to 10 products, with no time limit and no feature crippling — materials, sales, dashboard and deadline reminders are all unlimited. nuime Plus removes the product limit and adds CSV export of your monthly sales and expenses, for annual tax filing. Three ways to subscribe: monthly, yearly, or a one-time purchase. Monthly and yearly include a 7-day free trial. WHY I BUILT IT I have spent my career in supply chain and cost management for apparel companies — negotiating with factories, tracking material costs, chasing delivery dates. Companies have entire systems and teams for this work. Independent makers do the same work alone, usually in a spreadsheet or in their head. They deserve the same discipline, in something small enough to hold in one hand. The name means "stitch" in Japanese. The dashed line runs through the whole app. Terms of Use (EULA) https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy https://raspy-gruyere-82e.notion.site/3c8790d5014781ec917edf0914231839
