Yu, a little ghost girl, watches over your sleep every night. Just tap "Good night" before bed and "Good morning" when you wake. No tricky setup, no sensors needed. Perfect for you if... - You want a simple way to keep track of your sleep rhythm - You love falling asleep to rain sounds and ASMR - You tend to stay up late and want a healthier bedtime routine - You're a fan of Reika Yu's streams EASY SLEEP LOG Record bedtime and wake-up with a single tap, and look back on your sleep hours in charts. Based on roughly 90-minute sleep cycles, the app also suggests good times to wake up. WAKE-UP ALARM Set an alarm just by picking one of the suggested wake times. On iOS 26 and later it uses the system alarm, ringing full-screen even in silent mode. On earlier iOS versions it rings as notifications. NAP MODE A nap timer with 15, 30, 60 and 90-minute presets - for lunch breaks and little rests, too. BEDTIME REMINDER At your chosen time, Yu whispers through a notification that it's bedtime. A gentle nudge for building a sleep routine. BEDTIME SOUNDS & EAR ASMR 37 sounds in all: 14 nature sounds (rain, river, waves, cicadas and more), 10 ear-cleaning sounds, 4 ear-licking sounds, and 9 onomatopoeia tracks where Yu whispers the sound of the tool she is using. Adjust the volume of each category on its own and layer them together as you drift off (7 sounds are free - one or two from each category). A WORD FROM YU IN THE MORNING Tap "Good morning" and Yu leaves you a little comment about your night. CHAT WITH YU (Support Plan) The Night It Began, The Veranda at Dusk, Bonfire in the Woods, Riverside Fireflies, Night of the Fireworks. Pick a place and chat one-on-one with Yu. Every scene has its own art and music, and Yu replies visual-novel style, in narration and dialogue. The more you talk, the closer Yu gets - and the way she talks to you shifts little by little. There are 10 places in all: two are open from the start, and you unlock the rest with the sleep points you earn by sleeping. CHOOSE WHAT YU CALLS YOU Set the name you'd like Yu to call you.
