Wellnest is a wellness app you share with the people you love. Start a circle for your family, your friends or your running club, and each of you gets a daily rhythm score that fills as the day happens: steps and workouts, sleep and bedtime, a few minutes of breathing, a five second check-in, and the small things you do for each other. Your circle sees how everyone's day is going, at the level of detail each person chooses to share. When someone could use a push, send a nudge: "Go to bed", "Walk?", "Proud of you". Start a challenge together, like 200,000 family steps in two weeks or an early to bed week, and watch everyone's effort add up to one goal. Breathing sessions and the workouts you log are saved back to Health if you allow it. A rough day scores the same check-in points as a great one. Wellnest never grades your mood, never sells your data and has no ads. WELLNEST PLUS Wellnest is free to use. Wellnest Plus unlocks unlimited circles you start, 30 day insights and the whole Mind library. Plus is 4.99 USD a month, or 29.99 USD a year with a 7 day free trial (prices vary by country). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
