About this app

Valor is where you practice the career conversations that matter before you have them for real. You talk, out loud, with an AI counterpart who plays a specific colleague: the designer who steamrolls reviews, the VP who made the wrong call, the manager you need to ask for a raise. They push back, get defensive, change the subject, the way real people do. When the call ends, you get a score, what worked, and what to fix next time. EIGHT SCENARIOS, THREE ARCS - Your Team: Give Hard Feedback, The Underperformer, Delegate It, The Tough 1:1 - Up and Across: Say No, Push Back, The Raise - Clear the Air: Peer Conflict Each scenario has three levels. Pass one and the counterpart gets harder. A CAST THAT REMEMBERS Every counterpart works at the same company and they talk to each other. Handle a conversation badly and that person trusts you less; others hear about it. Repair scenarios appear when a relationship needs mending. Your standing with each of them is visible at all times. AN AI CAREER COACH Before a real conversation, talk it through with your coach by voice or by chat. Bring the actual situation; get a plan, not platitudes. BUILT FOR MANAGERS AND PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BECOME ONE New managers, senior ICs, anyone who has a hard talk coming and would rather rehearse it than wing it. FREE TO START One scenario and 10 voice minutes a month, free. Valor Pro unlocks every scenario, 90 voice minutes a month, the AI coach by voice and chat, and your full score history. Valor Pro is $6.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
