You know how to cook. You just don't know what. Tonight suggests a dish. You swipe. It suggests another. Every no teaches it something, and it never asks the same thing twice in a row. When you land on a main, it offers something to go alongside, because grilled chicken on its own is a bit thin and a plate fills you up better than a dish does. When you are happy with it, one tap searches the web for a recipe. That is the whole app. It decides what you cook. It does not tell you how. WHAT IT LEARNS, WITHOUT ASKING There is no questionnaire. No "tell us about your diet". It works you out from what you turn down. Say no to enough pork and it notices they were all pork, then asks once whether to take it off the list. Same for pasta, for anything that takes an hour, for anything with chilli in it. It does not need to know whether the reason is a diet, an allergy, a religion or that you just do not like it. It never asks. It changes its mind back, too. Every so often it suggests something it thinks you will refuse, to check it still had you right. Because it might not have. WHAT IS NOT IN IT No calorie counts. No macros. No logging, no streaks, no targets, no weekly report telling you how you did. It has no opinion about what you eat and it never comments on it. No photographs either. Just names, on paper. It is a decision, not a menu. No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Everything it learns about you stays on your phone, and it works with no signal at all, right up until you ask it to find a recipe. That one thing it hands to your browser. WHAT YOU SEE - One card, one dish, one line about why - Swipe right to cook it, left for not tonight, down to say why not, up to keep it for later - A plate: what you settled on, and what is going with it - "What I think about you", everything it has worked out, in plain words, and you can correct any of it - A list of what you have cooked, and you can make it forget anything you picked by mistake - Anything you have blocked, in a list, with one tap to unblock WHY I MADE IT I have had trouble with weight management for about 20 years. Most of that time I have also been planning software to help with it, and the ideas were always too big to finish. I know what is healthy and what is not. I do not need an app to teach me that. What I do not have is time to plan cooking every day, and that is what pushes you into the easy and bad decisions. By six o'clock you are tired and the freezer wins. I also did not want anything nagging me about my choices. So this is not a health app. It is an inspiration app. It inspires you to eat better and to try things you have never cooked, and it does it with no configuration and no questionnaire. You open it and it just knows. FREE All of it. Every feature, from the first launch, with no account and no signal needed. No premium tier, no trial, nothing held back. If it saves you some evenings and you feel like leaving something, there is a tip jar in Settings. It unlocks nothing, because there is nothing to unlock. It will not ask you again.
