TideMind: Calm Day Planner
How many minutes do you really have today?

About this app
How many minutes do you really have today? TideMind starts there, not with a longer list. THE TIDE PLANNER Set the minutes you have, add tasks with a time estimate, and the planner totals what you chose for today. You see in plain minutes whether it fits your shoreline. If it overflows, you decide where each task goes: • Today – it stays in the plan • Later – it waits safely on the shore • Share – you ask for help or hand it over • Release – you let it go on purpose Importance and urgency are your own labels. The app never turns them into a score about you, and a task you don't carry today is not marked as a failure. Shelly the hermit crab tried to carry every beautiful shell at once and couldn't move. Together you pick which shells travel today. TWELVE SHORT LESSONS Step-by-step practice for everyday planning: moving to-dos out of your head, turning a vague task into a first action, urgent vs. important, leaving a margin for the unexpected, changing the plan without blame, and deciding what good enough means before you start. GOOD TO KNOW TideMind is general self-help education and practice. It is not medical or psychological advice. No account needed. FREE AND PREMIUM The practice tool above and lessons 1–6 are free, with ads. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: it unlocks lessons 7–12, encrypted backup and reminder/calendar export, and removes ads. Cancel anytime in Google Play.
