About this app

Make movement more fun with your own sloth companion. Go for a walk, head out for a run or bike ride, or take a short guided exercise break. Collect SlothUps, work toward a personal daily goal and let your sloth celebrate your progress. SlothUp turns small active moments into something to look forward to. TAKE YOUR MOVEMENT OUTSIDE Choose walking, running or cycling and start a map session. Follow your route and distance during your activity, with steps for walks, pace for runs and speed for bike rides. Switch between 2D and 3D views, and follow your session with Live Activities on supported iPhones. FIT A LITTLE EXERCISE INTO YOUR DAY No time for a long workout? Try a short guided cardio or strength session with no equipment needed. A quick exercise break at home counts alongside your time outdoors. MOVE AND COLLECT Each full credited movement minute in a session earns one SlothUp. Collect these virtual rewards and celebrate the active minutes you've made time for. Start with a minute and keep going when it suits you. YOUR SLOTH, YOUR PACE Give your sloth a name and watch it perk up as you make progress toward your daily goal. Set a movement goal that fits you, include rest days and turn on gentle reminders if you like. You don't need a rigid training plan to get started. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Follow your movement minutes, active days, streak and activity history. Weekly and monthly views help you see your consistency. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep your progress close. TURN MOVEMENT INTO SCREEN TIME Exchange collected SlothUps for time in selected apps. With the built-in app blocker, your movement unlocks your next scrolling break. START WITHOUT EXTRA GEAR No SlothUp account, camera or wearable is required. Map sessions use your iPhone's location and motion permissions.
