This enables app and website detection, usage and app-open triggers, and interventions such as Darken, Pause and Block. Accessibility access is used only to provide Screentide’s screen-time management features. Detailed app and website activity processed by Screentide stays on your device and is not used for advertising. ****VPN SERVICE**** The VPN service is optional and is only used if you choose to use the Slow action. When enabled, Screentide uses Android’s VpnService API to create an on-device VPN interface that delays network traffic for apps and websites covered by an active Slow rule. Traffic is processed on your device and is not routed through a Screentide-operated VPN server or redirected for advertising or monetization.
