PICK A WORKOUT. DONE. Everything you've tracked on Apple Watch or synced to the Apple Health app is already waiting. Choose a workout, choose a clip, and RUSHES lays the stats over the top. No typing them in, no screenshots, no cropping a share card into a Story and hoping it lines up.
