Weather and pavement can shorten a walk or swap to indoor enrichment. There is no universal safe walk temperature. Walks are step-verified. Distance without steps (driving or cycling) does not count. Missed care has honest consequences — the meters dip, the fallout adds up — because real dogs don't pause when you do.
