About this app
Every meal deserves a plus-one. Most food apps tell you what to take away. Plus One asks what you could add. Snap your plate or say what you ate. You see the protein, fiber and fat already on it, then get one small addition that makes the meal more satisfying. There are no calorie counts, macro targets or food scores anywhere in the app. Plus One is a membership. Monthly and annual plans come with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. SNAP IT OR SAY IT A photo, a picture from your library, or a few words about what you're eating. You get a read of your plate: what's there, what's missing, and one addition worth trying. The read comes from AI, so tap a corner to fix anything it got wrong. Skip the addition if you like. The meal still counts. KEEP THE CHIPS. THEY'RE THE POINT. SOS is for the meals that don't go to plan: a craving, a restaurant, a drive-thru, a gas station, the kids' leftovers, a snack attack. The food you want stays. You get one thing to have alongside it so it keeps you full longer. TALK IT THROUGH The coach knows your goal and what your recent meals have been missing. Ask about a craving, a plan or a rut and get a practical answer, not a lecture. Conversations aren't saved. PROGRESS WITHOUT A SCOREBOARD Momentum counts the meals you logged this month. A missed day takes nothing away, and there is no streak to lose. The journal keeps every meal by day, with an optional hunger and fullness check-in and a note to self. A few days in, Plus One starts pointing out patterns in when you eat and what's on the plate. A SMALL LIBRARY OF USEFUL IDEAS Five decks: starter combos, fear-food hacks, foods that pull double duty, portion cues and the why behind it all. Twelve tracks, including perimenopause, GLP-1 support, gut health and steady energy. Choose one, add your dietary preferences, and the ideas follow. A Home Screen widget shows this month's count and opens the next log in one tap. YOURS, PRIVATELY Sign in with Apple or Google. Meals, photos and notes sync to your own private storage, and you can delete them, along with your account, from the You tab. No ads. Nothing sold. Plus One is educational and does not provide medical advice or treatment for eating disorders. The You tab links to support resources. Plans renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple subscription settings. AI features share a fair-use limit of 30 requests a day. Restore purchases from the subscription screen or the You tab.
