About this app

You pick up your phone for a minute. Twenty minutes later, you're still scrolling. Nuro gives you a small pause before the next scroll: a quick game, a little challenge, and a break you've chosen on purpose. Choose the apps that pull you in. Play short brain games to earn coins. Spend those coins on timed access to your selected apps. When your break ends, the blocks return. A LITTLE PLAY BEFORE YOU SCROLL Match patterns, test your reactions, remember what you saw, or untangle a word. With nine quick games, there's more than one way to earn your next break. BREAKS WITH A BEGINNING AND AN END Keep your favourite apps in your life with a little more intention. Choose what to block, earn time through play, and enjoy a timed break before returning to what you were doing. SMALL WINS WORTH COMING BACK FOR Follow your Journey, build a streak, and collect outfits and achievements along the way. A few moments of play become part of a routine you can see taking shape. MAKE IT FIT YOUR DAY Set a focus schedule for the hours you want to protect. Check your progress and make room for the things you meant to do before you reached for your phone. YOUR PHONE. YOUR CHOICES. You choose which apps to block through Apple's Screen Time picker. Those selections stay on your device. Account and gameplay progress are stored online, and you can export your account data or request deletion from inside Nuro. Start with one app. One quick game. One intentional break. Screen Time features require permission and a supported Apple device. Internet access is required for account services, purchases, rewards and timed-break authorisation. Nuro is for habit building and entertainment, not medical treatment. Nuro is free to download. A paid Nuro Pro subscription is required to access brain games, world progress and earned timed breaks. An eligible free trial provides access during the trial.
