Ask your family for a pickup. Mukauyo helps you ask family or people you trust for an immediate pickup. Choose a saved destination, send a request, and see who accepts and their estimated arrival time. The app interface supports Japanese and English. Switch languages on the welcome or account screen. SIMPLE PICKUP COORDINATION • Choose a destination and request a pickup immediately. • Helpers can view the requester's pickup location and destination name. • A helper accepts by choosing an ETA of 10, 20, 30, or 60 minutes. • The first helper to accept is assigned. They mark their arrival in the app. A PRIVATE GROUP An administrator invites members with private links and assigns their roles. Each group has one requester, up to three enabled helpers on the Free plan, and up to six saved destinations. LOCATION FOR THE CURRENT PICKUP Mukauyo takes one location snapshot when you send a request and shares it with group members authorized to act on that request. It does not continuously track your movements. Pickup coordinates are removed from the active database when the request is completed, canceled, or expired. Saved destinations remain until deleted. Lock-screen notifications do not show names or locations. Notifications are not guaranteed; open the app to check the current status. FAMILY MONTHLY The optional auto-renewable monthly subscription supports up to ten helpers. Only the group administrator purchases the plan. See the purchase screen for local pricing, renewal terms, and eligibility for the seven-day free trial. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Mukauyo account does not cancel the subscription. Requires iPhone with iOS 18 or later and Sign in with Apple. For adults age 18 or older in Japan and the United States.
