About this app

Build social confidence by doing, not just thinking about it. More helps you practice real-world social situations through small, personalised challenges designed to help you become more comfortable, capable and confident around other people. Whether you want to start conversations more easily, keep conversations going, meet new people, make friends, feel more comfortable in groups, improve your communication, get better at networking, dating or public speaking — More gives you practical opportunities to practice. ## PRACTICE Start with challenges matched to where you are and what you want to improve. Each challenge is a simple, observable action you can take in everyday life. Some will feel easy. Others will give you a manageable push outside your comfort zone. No endless advice. No vague goals. Just something real to do. ## REFLECT After each challenge, take a moment to reflect on how it felt. How difficult was the situation? And how confident did you feel afterwards? More uses these reflections to help you see the difference between how difficult something felt beforehand and how you felt once you'd done it. ## SEE YOUR PROGRESS Social confidence can be difficult to notice while you're building it. More turns your experiences into visible progress, helping you see how you're developing across different social situations. Over time, you can build evidence that things which once felt difficult are becoming more manageable. ## KEEP PRACTICING Your progress helps shape what you practice next. As you complete challenges and reflect on your experiences, More can adapt the challenges you receive so you can keep building from where you are. The goal isn't to become a different person. It's to become more comfortable being yourself in situations that matter to you. ## MORE: SOCIAL CONFIDENCE Practice real-world situations. Build confidence through action.
