About this app

Momo is a raccoon who sits with you while you do the thing you've been avoiding. That's body doubling: having company while you work. No advice, no nagging, no accountability lecture. Just a small companion and a place to begin. HOW IT WORKS 1. Put it in The Pile Keep the things you want to do in one place. Pick up to three for your next sit. 2. Make the sit yours Choose your focus time, rounds and breaks. Start with Momo, pause when you need to, and mark a thing done as you go. 3. Find your rhythm See your sits across the week and work toward a gentle weekly goal. Goal changes start the following Monday, so past weeks keep their progress. Collect rewards along the way and share a reward as an illustrated card. A LITTLE LESS DISTRACTION With Momo Pro, choose apps to block during focus, or choose the apps you want to keep available. App blocking is optional and uses Apple's Screen Time permission. Apps unlock during pauses and breaks. Your app selections stay on your device. WORK WITH FRIENDS Host a shared focus session with Momo Pro. Each person works on their own things while sharing the time together. Joining a friend's session is free.
