About this app

Guided meditation, in the voice you choose. You hear the voices first, then keep the one you want to spend ten minutes with. The voice is what you are actually listening to, so it should be yours to pick. Open the app and today's meditation is already waiting. Press play. PICK YOUR VOICE Every meditation is recorded in each of our voices — Katie, Nora, Leo and Owen. Preview them, choose one, and it becomes your default. Change it mid-session if today feels different. The same meditation can sound close and quiet, or warm and steady. ONE DECISION PER SCREEN No feed to scroll. No badges. Nothing to configure before you can breathe. If a screen looks empty, that is on purpose. WHAT IS INSIDE Sleep — for winding down and letting the day go Anxiety — when you need room to breathe Focus — to come back to one thing Breathing — short sessions, any time of day Yoga Nidra — a longer one, for deep rest Start — a 10-day course, if you have never done this before WHEN YOU WOULD RATHER GO UNGUIDED Set a length, pick a background sound — calm, nature, sea, peace or silence — and decide whether a bell marks the start, the end, or the way through. Then it is just you and the timer. SOUND THAT STAYS OUT OF THE WAY Background sound is optional and you set its volume. The app's own music never plays during a meditation. YOUR STREAK, WITHOUT THE GUILT We count the days you show up. We do not scold you for the ones you miss. MEDITAR PREMIUM A subscription unlocks every meditation and every voice.
