Set your sets, rep ranges, and training blocks, with your next workout ready when you are. Set Your Progression Choose how you want to increase reps and weight, with settings for individual exercises. Lifto uses your progression rules and previous sessions to prepare targets for your next workout. Log On Apple Watch Record weight, reps, and effort from your wrist. Adjust values with the Digital Crown and keep your workout connected to your iPhone. Log Your Workouts See previous weights and reps while you train. Record each set, group exercises into supersets, and follow your rest timer on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. Muscles Trained This Week See the muscles your workouts trained on an interactive body map. Open a muscle to explore its weekly training volume, history, and the exercises that contributed. Review Your Training Look back through completed workouts and weekly summaries. Compare sessions to see how your weights, reps, and effort have changed. Understand Your Exercises Explore the muscles involved in each exercise and read the research sources behind Lifto’s muscle-activation data.
