Whatever you capture stays in your Captures library, where you can find it again without remembering which chat, recording, or inbox you left it in. You do not need to organize everything the moment it occurs. Capture it first. Return later to edit saved text, play a recording, share something, archive it, restore it, or delete it. If you also use Kept for Mac, you can optionally send captures there for organizing, processing, and filing into your workspace. The Mac connection is optional.
