About this app

Make a little room for yourself. InFlight guides you through small seated and standing movements for time spent flying. Follow clear photographs, written cues and spoken guidance, then choose the reset that fits your space and your pace. MOVEMENT THAT FITS YOUR FLIGHT Choose Seated or Standing, Quick, Unhurried or Full, with a Legs only focus when you want it. Skip movements that do not suit you and choose small-space preferences. CLEAR GUIDANCE See a position reference, read the cue or listen to the coach. Pause whenever you need and resume an unfinished session. An optional Apple Watch companion brings guidance to your wrist. READY FOR AIRPLANE MODE Movement photos and audio are included in the app. Your available routines work offline once access is established. Opening InFlight offline for the first time? Start one complimentary flight. Purchases and restoring access require an internet connection. REMINDERS AT YOUR PACE Set up your flight and choose movement reminders. Pause them for meals or rest. You choose whether to sit or stand; InFlight does not detect seat-belt signs or crew instructions.
