Horizon runs AI on your iPhone and iPad, not in someone else's data center. Pick a model, download it once, and chat. No account, no sign-up, no network required. ALWAYS ON-DEVICE Local models run on your device's own processor. Your messages, the replies, and everything in between stay on the device. They are never sent anywhere.
