Haby helps you understand your screen time and take back control of it. Sometimes we reach for our phone without knowing why. Haby helps you catch these moments and take your screen time back. SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES Haby tracks how long you spend in each app, hour by hour. Your home screen shows today's total at a glance, along with your seven day average and a chart of your day. Weekly views show which hours and which days pull you in the most. CHOOSE HOW STRICT YOU WANT TO BE Pick a usage mode that fits your life. Light aims for five to eight hours a day, Balanced for three to five hours, and Focused keeps you under three. Your daily target follows the mode you choose. SET LIMITS Give any app a daily time limit. When you reach it, Haby steps in with a full screen reminder, asks whether you really want to continue, and suggests something else you could do instead. If you need a few more minutes you can grant yourself extra time, but only a limited number of times each day. SMART RULES Rules handle the situations that repeat. Two are ready to use: limit social media after ten at night, and cap gaming every day. You can also build your own rule by picking the apps, the days of the week, the time window, and the limit. DEEP FOCUS When Deep Focus is on, you cannot switch off a rule you have already gone past that day. It removes the option to negotiate with yourself in the moment. HABY PLUS Plus adds a weekly review written for you. It looks at your usage from the past week, explains the patterns behind it, and sets a small goal for each day. Complete them and you build a streak. Plus also spots the apps that tend to run long on certain days and warns you when you get close. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Haby has no accounts and no sign up. Your screen time never leaves your phone unless you subscribe to Plus, and even then only the usage summary needed to write your weekly review is sent. There are no ads and nothing is sold to anyone. PERMISSIONS Haby needs Usage Access to read screen time, and permission to display over other apps so limit reminders can appear on top of the app you are using. Both are requested during setup and explained before you grant them. SUBSCRIPTION Haby is free to use. Haby Plus is an optional subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Google Play under Subscriptions.
