About this app

GymGoat makes going to the gym something you actually keep doing, because your friends can see whether you showed up. No more fake "I worked out" texts. Every check-in is proof: a dual-camera photo taken at your gym, verified by your location. If you're not there, it doesn't count. That's the whole point. PROVE YOU WENT • Snap a front + back camera photo the moment you arrive • Your check-in is verified by GPS against your gym. No location, no streak • Complete a timed session to lock in the win BUILD STREAKS THAT ACTUALLY LAST • Every verified day extends your streak • Miss a day and the chain breaks. Greg the goat will let you know • Daily motivation and reminders keep you honest DO IT WITH FRIENDS • Add friends and see who's actually showing up • Climb the friends leaderboard • React to your friends' check-ins and nudge the ones slacking off • Every win is a celebration in the feed SEE YOUR PROGRESS • A workout heatmap of your month • Weekly and monthly stats, session history, and rank • Watch the habit compound over time MEET GREG Greg the goat is your accountability buddy. He celebrates your wins, calls out your excuses, and keeps you coming back. GYMGOAT PRO Unlock the full experience with GymGoat Pro.
