About this app

Freedom Lives Outside helps you interrupt mindless phone use before it turns into another long scrolling session. While you use your phone, pigeons occasionally fly across your screen. Tap one and the interruption becomes a small moment to choose what you want to do next. You can: • GO OUTSIDE — put your phone down and step outside for a short moment • TASK OUTSIDE — do a small task away from your screen • TASK INSIDE — do something useful without getting pulled back into your phone The idea is simple: phone habits often happen without much thought. A small interruption can break the automatic loop and give you a moment to decide whether you actually want to keep using your phone. Freedom Lives Outside does not block your phone completely. Instead, it adds a little friction at the right moment. You can adjust how the pigeons appear, exclude apps where you do not want interruptions, and choose what happens when you tap a pigeon. Less scrolling. More outside. Freedom Lives Outside.
