Prayer is better than sleep. Your alarm should know that. Bedless Fajr rings at your exact Fajr time and does not stop until you prove you are out of bed. Not a reminder. Bedless Fajr computes it for your exact location and updates it daily. Nine calculation angles, Muslim World League by default for those who do not know theirs. No location? Pick your city from the list. NO SNOOZE. AND NO PENALTY WHEN THE NETWORK FAILS. There is no snooze button and no dismiss. The alarm ends when you photograph the mission target and it checks out. A photo of your ceiling taken from under the blanket does not pass, and you find that out at 5 AM, which is exactly the point. If the check fails twice, bad light, no signal at 5 AM, our server having a bad day, we let you through rather than punish you for something that is not your fault. But that morning is marked unverified, and it stays that way. Your record shows two numbers: days, and days verified. Anyone can build a streak. Only one of those numbers is hard to fake. IT RINGS THROUGH SILENT MODE. THE ADHAN APPS DON'T. Prayer apps play the adhan as a notification. Put your phone on silent and it says nothing. Bedless Fajr uses a system alarm: it rings through the silent switch, and it survives a reboot. Then the app takes over and plays the adhan in full, because Apple caps an alert sound at 30 seconds. The Fajr adhan by default. Other tones if you prefer, or load your own file. EXCUSED DAYS, FOR WOMEN. Women are excused from prayer during their period. Tap Excused: the alarm stays off for those days, and your streak is kept, not broken. Set how many days it lasts, or end it early with one tap.
