About this app

Ambly is a pocket creature that grows on the exercise you actually do. Your steps and workouts from Apple Health are what make it grow. Every creature is generated from its own seed, so its colour, build, eyes, ears, tail and name are yours alone — no two people get the same one. It lives where you already look Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, the Dynamic Island while you move, and your Apple Watch face. You don't have to open the app for it to grow. No goals, no guilt There are no step targets, no calorie counts and nothing about your body. Your creature never gets sick, never dies and never loses what it grew. A quiet week just makes it sleepy. It notices what you do Walking, running, cycling, swimming and gym sessions all count. Your creature walks when you walk and runs when you run. A collection over time Start another egg whenever you like. Retired creatures keep everything they grew and stay on your shelf. Ambly is free. Optional one-time purchases let you give your creature a new look or start another egg.
